Day By Day Tour Summary
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest National Park
The first day of your 2 Days at Bwindi Gorilla trekking Safari Starts with a Simple pre-tour briefing upon meeting up with a professional tourguide from monumental expeditions. You will kick off with your 7-8 hour drive via Kampala masaka mbarara road. Having an enroute lunch and several stopovers for mostly photography.
Reaching Bwindi impenetrable national park and check in your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as you prepare for the great apes the following day.
Day 2 : Gorilla trekking and departure
Leaving the lodge very early in the morning with your well-packed breakfast and lunch you will head to the park headquarters for the briefing and those fascinating cultural songs and dances before the trek starts.
You will penetrate into the forest with several rangers and trackers searching for the mountain gorillas as you are entertained by the variety of primates and bird species along the way. After allocating the gorillas, you will spend an hour with them watching them feed as the playful infants get close to you and taking pictures of your like.
After the trekking, you will meet up with your guide and start the engine marking the genesis of your departure ride back to your hotel or straight to the airport for your flight back home.
