Staying at Ndere Centre Accommodation is a good idea for tourists who aren’t staying in Kampala. The action starts at 7 pm and concludes at 10 pm, so you won’t have to worry about traveling at night.
“The Ndere Troupe-Kampala”
Since endere means “flute” in English, the Ndere Troupe is a name for a certain kind of flute ensemble.
Many African cultures hold the flute in high regard as a symbol of beauty due to its remarkable ability to create music that evokes a wide spectrum of feelings, from joy to sadness, love to isolation.
All cultures throughout the globe have flutes, thus it’s a sign of how interconnected all people are. No matter how different we may seem on the outside, the flute is like the blood that runs through our body. Embracing diversity while highlighting similarities is something the Ndere Troupe is quite proud of.
Rawangyezi Stephen hired a large number of youths from the Ndere center when he established the Ndere Troupe in 1986 as a cultural development.
