Choose your preferred tour package.

Select your preferred trip package based on your travel preferences, time frame, and budget. What you want to experience or see on the journey (for example, mountain gorillas, Chimpanzees and other primates; birds; animals; local people; and mountain climbing) determines your travel preferences.

The number of days you want to spend on vacation in Uganda is defined by the time frame, and the budget is determined by how much you want / can afford to spend on the trip. The activities and degree of accommodation will influence your budget. For example, gorilla tracking is expensive; a permit in Uganda costs USD700, while a permit in Rwanda costs USD1500.

We provide budget (basic), deluxe (mid-range), and luxury (superior) lodges at various pricing points. If none of the packages suit your travel needs, our tour advisors may assist you in planning or customising your preferred safari package. Costs and confirmation of tour packages

It’s time to finalise your preferred vacation package with our tour adviser and agree on a price per person based on the level of accommodation and the number of days. Please keep in mind that Monumental Expeditions and Safaris provides exciting and inexpensive private Uganda safari packages to groups, couples, honeymooners, and single or solo travellers. We will check for the availability of gorilla permits, chimpanzee permits (if required), and lodgings based on your desired journey time. Because this is a private Uganda safari package, you can travel whenever you choose, subject to the availability of Gorilla and Chimpanzee permits.

Confirmation from Safari

To reserve your permits and accommodations, please provide us with your full name, passport numbers, and country of origin.

Make your payments (20% – 40% of the overall tour cost)

This is done on purpose to reserve your gorilla permits, among other things. Payments can be sent to our corporate bank account or made online using a credit card.
We will send you a confirmation email with a copy of the receipt detailing the amount after we receive your payments.

We will pay for your Gorilla permits right away, and we will usually email scanned documents to check that everything is in order. Other permits, such as Chimpanzee and Golden Monkey permits (if required), as well as lodges, must be paid. Our trip expert will create a complete itinerary that includes all accommodations and domestic flights. (If appropriate)

Payment of the Balance

You can pay the remainder upon arrival or three weeks before your travel date. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. On arrival, we DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR BANK TRANSFERS. If you are paying by bank transfer or credit card, the arrival date must be at least three weeks away.
