Accommodation Mabira adds three Bandas, which can hold a maximum of ten guests at the Eco-Tourism Site close to Najjembe Trading Centre. The Bandas are self-catered, however the house staff may provide some light meals for you. For do-it-yourself caravans, there is also a small charge Camping Ground next to the Site.

Affordability

Mabira Central Forest Reserve is in Mukono District on the major Kampala – Jinja Highway. From Jinja Town, it is 26 miles and from the City Centre of Kampala 54km. About half a kilometer from the road head, the Eco-Tourism Site follows a little dirt road off the Najjembe commercial area. All vehicles may so reach the Forest all year round.
