This park (Mgahinga Gorilla) is one of Uganda’s trivial National Parks. However, there are many things for you to do and see. 

Gorilla Trekking is one of the prime activities. The advantage is that a Luxury Gorilla Safari in Uganda comes at a segment of the price that it would rate you in Rwanda. There is a Golden Monkey Trekking, which is a 4-5 hrs activity. The Batwa Trail is a time with the earliest people of the Forest. There are 3 volcanoes that you can ascent in the park, and they are one-day hikes, climbs.

Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla Park is identical to Rwanda. Trekking is done on the sides of the matching Volcanoes.

The transfer from Mount Gahinga Lodge – Mgahinga Gorilla National Park is about 3 hrs from Kigali -Rwanda. Remember Kigali International Airport not only obliges Rwanda but also Southwest Uganda. It is a picturesque transfer via the Gorilla Highlands of both Rwanda & Uganda that most do not mind.

You can also have /book a flight from Entebbe, Uganda – Kisoro, which is the nearest airport to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. There are daily flights made with Aerolink Safari Airlines (From Entebbe – Kisoro and back).
