We have two distinct seasons: the rainy (also known as the peak season) and the dry (also known as the low season).

The rainy season does not prevent tourists from traveling and taking advantage of Uganda safaris and tours; the wet months of the year are March, April, May, October, and November. During this time, many lodges offer their guests discounted rates.

Although most travelers prefer to visit Uganda during the peak seasons, which are the rest of the year, I would suggest visiting during the low season if you have some free time. This is because fewer people will be going on safari in Uganda, which guarantees views of the wildlife.
